Are You Our Program Director?

February 2021 – The Canadian Council is looking for an additional member for the role of program director. This specific role would be directly involved in planning and organizing events, webinars, and other activities for Canadian EAA members and chapters. Working with the existing council members, you would be part of a team that liaises between EAA headquarters and Canadian EAA members. Council members meet and deliberate with EAA staff at one yearly council meeting and take part in regular telephone conference calls. They help with the EAA Canadian Tent and associated activities prior to and during EAA AirVenture Oshkosh. Council members play a vital role in supporting Canadian EAA members and EAA chapter activities.

Candidates should have a good knowledge of Canadian recreational aviation interests, and be willing to donate time and effort to advance these interests for Canadians. In return, you will make new friends, grow as an aviator, help grow general aviation in Canada, and enjoy the fulfillment that comes with promoting aviation to young and old.
