RAF Spartan Executive

June 20, 2019 - Jim Savage's Spartan Executive, NC17634, will make its return to EAA AirVenture Oshkosh in 2019. Jim's Spartan previously served with the Royal Air Force Ferry Command in Montreal. The Spartan Executive 7W was built by the Spartan Aircraft Company in the 1930s. Prior to World War II, before serving as trainers for the RAF, their original purpose was for luxury personal transport. Today, only an estimated 20 remain in existence. Be on the lookout for the beautiful bare-metal airplane that will be stationed in the Vintage area during AirVenture 2019.
