AirVenture Attendees:
If you are interested in renting a camping unit for your stay in Camp Scholler, please note the following points:
- All rental arrangements must be made independently. EAA does not partner with or endorse any individual or rental organization. There are no on-site rental services available.
- Be sure to obtain proper contact information from the camping unit owner. EAA does not maintain a listing of contact information. If something with your camping unit requires attention, you will need to communicate directly with the camping unit owner.
- If you are having the camping unit delivered to Camp Scholler for you, please note these additional points:
- It is necessary to pre-purchase your camping credentials using the “Purchase Tickets” option available on the airventure.org website.
- Coordinate closely with the camping unit owner regarding the date of delivery. Your pre-purchase of camping must be on or before the date of the camping unit delivery. (This may or may not coincide with your planned arrival date.)
Camping Unit Owners:
Whether you are an individual or a company, please note the following information if you will be delivering the rented camping unit to Camp Scholler for your customer:
Deliveries must come through the Camper Registration Main Entrance. Deliveries are not accepted via any alternate entrance or through Express Arrival.
When making your delivery, please stop at the Camper Registration building. Proceed to Window #6. The following information will be required:
- Your name or company name
- A contact phone number or email address
- The EAA attendee’s name and membership number who is renting the camping unit.
- Your anticipated retrieval date
Please note that your customer (the EAA member) must have pre-purchased camping with a start date no later than the date the trailer is being delivered. Deliveries of trailers are not accepted earlier than the date which camping has been pre-purchased by the member.
Once the member purchase is confirmed and required information is logged, you will be provided with a delivery ticket. Delivery tickets are color-coded to identify whether the camping unit is to be placed in a Basic campsite, or if the member has purchased a Water & Electric site. This ticket will allow you past the security checkpoint.
After the trailer has been set on the appropriate campsite, the delivery ticket must be placed in the camping unit in a manner visible from the roadway. You should then immediately proceed to exit the campground.
