Chapters Host Daily Pancake Breakfasts During AirVenture

September 2021 –For eight days, beginning the Saturday before AirVenture, chapters were awarded the opportunity to host a pancake breakfast at the Chapters Pavilion in Camp Scholler as a fundraiser. Chapters were selected via a lottery system. This year we had four Utah chapters band together to put on one breakfast, resulting in participation by 11 chapters total. Approximately $25,000 in proceeds will be shared with these chapters. A flat-top griddle and gas grill donated by EAA chapter member Shawn Crosgrove were put to good use throughout the week. The following chapters participated:

Saturday, July 24 – Warbirds Squadron 32, Oshkosh, Wisconsin
Sunday, July 25 – EAA Chapter 260, Monee, Illinois
Monday, July 26 – EAA Chapter 292, Independence, Oregon
Tuesday, July 27 – EAA Chapter 944, Chillicothe, Missouri
Wednesday, July 28 – EAA Chapters 23, 58, 753, and 1519 from Utah
Thursday, July 29 – EAA Chapter 690, Lawrenceville, Georgia
Friday, July 30 – EAA Chapter 931, Adams/Friendship, Wisconsin
Saturday, July 31 – EAA Chapter 704, Sparta, Michigan
