Below is a list of manufacturers that report they have a kit or plans that can comply with the requirements of Part 103 as an ultralight vehicle.
Care should be taken to verify the manufacturer’s claims of Part 103 compliance. Manufacturers can claim Part 103 compliance, however you as the operator must be able to prove to the FAA it meets Part 103 requirements.
Although EAA has tried to list all manufacturers, there may be other designs available that could meet Part 103 that are not on this list.
