EAA requests that members appoint a proxy to represent them on any matters that they are entitled to vote upon while they are members of EAA, whether at a meeting of EAA members or otherwise. ("Proxy" is just a legal name for a person who acts for you in a formal way, typically by voting on your behalf.)
A proxy is usually used at the Annual Membership Meeting. Forms are due to EAA on or before the annual meeting on or before July 24, 2024.
Standard EAA Form of Proxy (Form #1) — Submit Online
This is EAA's standard form of proxy. It names three members of the Board of Directors, or any two of them, as the member's proxies. Most members sign this form when they renew their membership, usually online. This appointment lasts as long as you are a member of EAA, so that you won't be asked to renew it every year.
EAA Form of Proxy With Appointee (Form #2)
If you would like to appoint a different person as your proxy, to take your place and cast your vote at EAA's Annual Membership Meeting, you may use Form #2. You may download this form, fill in the name of your proxy and the other requested information, sign it, and either give it to the person that you choose to appoint or mail it to EAA at:
