Volunteer at Oshkosh!
Have the adventure of a lifetime this summer with your friends and meet new friends along the way as part of the Collegiate Volunteer Program during EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2020, July 20-26. This unique program allows students to gain valuable hands-on experience while also getting a behind-the-scenes look at the World’s Greatest Aviation Celebration.
Volunteering in the Collegiate program at AirVenture is flexible—you choose the hours and days that work best for your schedule. Before or after your volunteer shift, you’ll have full access to the site, which means you can experience all AirVenture has to offer. Visit exhibitors, catch an air show, enjoy evening entertainment, and best of all, network with volunteers, corporate representatives, and other students.
You volunteer your time. We take care of the rest:
- Admission wristbands
- Daily wristband for volunteers logging at least four hours on a specific day
- Complimentary camping for those volunteering at least 30 hours
- Meals, snacks, and beverages during volunteer shifts
- Exclusive events and activities
- A one-time, free six-month EAA membership when you complete an application
- The experience of a lifetime!

“I would recommend the EAA Collegiate Volunteer Program to anyone wanting to experience AirVenture in a new way. Whether it's your first time attending or your 21st, whether you enjoy flightline action or prefer quiet quarters, there's a job for anyone! Come experience AirVenture like never before, come volunteer!”
–Malena Modirzadeh, 2018 Collegiate Volunteer
“As an international graduate student from Pakistan, it was an amazing experience for me. I have been to other air shows but AirVenture is undoubtedly the best. The Collegiate Volunteer Program allowed me attend and camp at no cost, which is a motivation for college students. Job well-done by the EAA!”
