Ray Scholarship Chapter Applications Now Open!

November 2021 – EAA chapters are now able to apply for a Ray Aviation Scholarship in 2022. The application period opened on November 1, 2021. Chapters can apply for either a full $10,000 scholarship or a 50/50 matching scholarship where the Ray Foundation provides $5,000 in funding and the chapter provides the other $5,000. The 50/50 scholarship is available for chapters that have successfully mentored at least one Ray scholar in the past.

The deadline for chapters to apply for a full $10,000 scholarship is January 31, 2022. Approved chapters will be awarded in February 2022, and their scholars will be able to apply starting on March 1, 2022.

For chapters applying for a 50/50 scholarship, the deadline is December 31, 2021. Approved 50/50 chapters will be awarded in January 2022, and their scholars will be able to apply starting on February 1, 2022.
