Chapter Leadership Training

September 2019 - EAA's chapter leadership training season is now upon us! Be sure to join for either a Chapter Leadership Academy or Chapter Leadership Boot Camp. These sessions, which are completely free, are guaranteed to make you a stronger chapter leader! Topics covered include growing membership, nonprofit basics, EAA programs, chapter resources, and much more.

Don't miss your chance to travel to Oshkosh, Wisconsin, for a two-day Chapter Leadership Academy. It provides chapter leaders an immersive experience, including educational presentations from EAA staffers, best practices sharing with fellow chapter leaders, and a behind-the-scenes view of the EAA grounds in the off-season. Additionally, all lodging and food while on-site is provided free of charge by EAA!

If traveling to Oshkosh isn't quite in the cards, then check out one of our Chapter Leadership Boot Camps in your local area. These sessions are a single-day event, so although you may leave feeling like you just drank from a fire hose, you will be fully charged up to return to your chapter with many great ideas. Various chapters around the country host Boot Camps, and they are typically at an airport so you are able to fly in for the day.
