KidVenture

Located at Pioneer Airport directly north of the EAA Aviation Museum, KidVenture encourages youth to explore aviation through many fun activities including getting hands-on with building projects, learning how to fly radio-control and control-line airplanes, experiencing flight simulators, learning aviation and space history, and so much more!

KidVenture is open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Buses run throughout the day between the Bus Park and KidVenture and the Museum.

Youths who complete a set of required activities will receive a Future Pilot pin or a Future A&P (Airframe and Powerplant) pin. The first 1,500 kids to complete the required skills will also receive a free toolkit sponsored by Wing.

• Rise Above Traveling Exhibit: Be inspired by the Tuskegee Airmen in this panoramic movie theater presentation (sponsored by the Commemorative Air Force, Red Tail Squadron).
