The heart and soul of any good museum is its collection, and the EAA Aviation Museum is no exception.
Our collection of historic artifacts began in 1962 when Steve Wittman donated his famous air racer “Bonzo” and the EAA Aviation Museum was founded.
Since then it has flowered into a magnificent assortment of over 20,000 historic aviation objects.
Enjoy the museum’s extensive collection of books, photographs, journals, manuals, and so much more.
EAA’s legacy is showcased through Paul and Audrey Poberezny’s personal memorabilia collection.
Listen to aviators share their first-person oral histories, preserving their stories for future generations.
Help the museum maintain its high standards as a premier destination with a financial or artifact donation.
