This is a specially designed day camp for kids going into grades 7 to 11 with a real interest in AVIATION! Students will actively participate in learning about aerodynamics, parts of a plane, flight operations, careers in aviation; will develop skills in map reading, riveting, woodworking & building; and will be given opportunities to tour the airport facilities and to “fly” on flight simulators. There will be daily activities such as glider flying contests, scientific experimentation & more.
