Collections Donation Form

Thank you for considering a donation to the EAA Aviation Museum. Please fill out this form as completely as possible, as this will help our staff in determining if your donation fits the mission and collecting goals of the Experimental Aircraft Association.

Upon receipt of this form, we will review our existing collections with regard to your donation request for consideration. This can be a lengthy process and we appreciate your patience as we give your offer thorough attention. For a list of what we are and are not currently accepting, please see our Collections Wish List.

Please note that receipt of this form by the EAA Aviation Museum does not constitute acceptance of any item(s) listed therein. Please do send or drop off the materials you wish to donate until you have heard from a museum representative.
