Improved Online Process
A limited number of sites with water and electrical hook-ups are available at a higher daily rate than regular campsites, on a first-paid, first-served basis.
To secure your improved site in advance, please book your site online beginning at 07:00 a.m. CST on Friday, June 28, 2024. The online process will allow you to view which improved sites are available and secure an improved site 24/7 through the end of AirVenture ‘24. Additionally, a map of the improved site section of Camp Scholler will display the sites already secured and those which are still available. The cost to secure a site from that day through the remainder of AirVenture will be automatically calculated for you.
The Camper Registration building is no longer able to secure an improved site over the phone. If you have secured an improved site online, you will receive your camping credentials at the Camper Registration building when you arrive at AirVenture.
EAA's camping policy applies; a site must have a paid credential to be secured. No other form of reservation is allowed. Payment will be calculated at $87 per day from the day an EAA member secures a site for each day of camping through July 28. Unlike camping credentials for basic sites, there are no refunds for unused days on water & electric sites.
Cost: 2024 Camping (electric & water): $87 per day or $2,610 for 30 days
Campers must pay from the day they secure the site through the end of the show.
