EAA Seeks New Member Services Manager

EAA is seeking a full-time manager for our membership services department at our headquarters in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. This person will help transform EAA’s Member Services team into a first-class group who can provide knowledge, expertise, and exceptional service to create meaningful experiences for our members.
The manager of membership services will improve participation in EAA programs and grow our membership through customer loyalty, new programs, and clear communication of our mission. The manager will set departmental goals, action plans, and time tables, and create a positive internal environment that will grow confidence and support among the Member Services team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of EAA; will have earned or demonstrated progress toward a pilot certificate; have experience in managing small-to-medium customer service teams; and have technical skills including the use of customer relationship management software, multi-channel contact management tools, as well as standard office productivity tools.
