Space Still Available for Upcoming SportAir Workshops
August 28, 2008 — EAA is presenting several popular SportAir Workshops around the country next weekend, and there is still time to register for these sessions.
- RV Assembly: If you're contemplating a Van's RV aircraft our RV Assembly course in Riverside, California will give you the skills to complete your project. The workshop is presented at historic Flabob airport, hosted by EAA Chapter 1.
- ELSA Inspection: Own an experimental light-sport aircraft? This course, approved by the FAA will earn you the credentials to do the annual condition inspection on your ELSA. This course is being offered in Denver, Colorado, and Frederick, Maryland, September 5-6.
- TIG Welding: EAA is also offering a speciality TIG welding course in Griffin, Georgia, September 5-7 which will give you the basics to use this welding process with steel, aluminum and 4130 aircraft tubing. Individual, personalized welding instruction are hallmarks of this special EAA SportAir course.
- Electrical Systems and Avionics, Fabric Covering, and our evening session What's involved in Kit Building will also be offered in Denver, Colorado, September 6-7.
