LSA Innovation on Display at Sebring U.S. Sport Aviation Expo
Event continues through Sunday afternoon
January 18, 2008 — Friday's gray and dreary skies did not slow the flow of folks coming out to see aircraft, attend forums, or shop for aircraft accessories at the U.S. Sport Aviation Expo in Sebring, Florida. While local residents are welcoming the badly needed moisture, Expo visitors are tolerating the occasionally showers. Attendance remains brisk, with the main parking lot filled by mid-morning.
Those attending can see all the latest LSA designs, take in an EAA-led forum or workshop, or arrange for a flight demonstration from one of the many manufacturers on hand. EAA will also provide free sport pilot student pilot certificates to EAA members Saturday from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
Continuing our way around the exhibits, we've come across more new light-sport aircraft joining the ranks. See Friday's photo gallery for a sample of what's new and interesting in the LSA industry. The Expo runs through Sunday at the Sebring Regional Airport.
