Build Your Aircraft Construction and Restoration Skills This Fall at EAA SportAir Workshops

EAA AVIATION CENTER, OSHKOSH, Wis. - (August 18, 2006) — EAA's SportAir Workshop's are the perfect place to practice your skills and techniques in aircraft building and restoration. SportAir workshops are scheduled this fall in Georgia, Maryland, California, Colorado, Wisconsin, Florida, Illinois and Texas.

Incorporating projects that tailor to beginners and experts, these one-to three-day courses focus on the skills needed to build various aircraft components, with the necessary tools and materials provided.

SportAir workshops place a high emphasis on "hands-on" activities, with most courses spending only 25 percent of the total time in lecture and discussion. As always, EAA members are able to participate in these valuable educational workshops at a preferred rate. Pre-registration is required, as class sizes are limited.

For more information on the particular courses, and to register for an EAA SportAir Workshop, visit www.sportair.org or call 800-967-5746.

EAA AIRVENTURE OSHKOSH is The World's Greatest Aviation Celebration and EAA's yearly membership convention. EAA members receive lowest prices on admission rates.
