EAA Chapter Renewal Forms

Each year chapters and squadrons are required to go through the annual renewal process. The renewal process is easy, it just requires that each chapter/squadron complete and submit the required documents:
2013 Renewal Forms (U.S. and Canada Only)
- Status Report
- Flight Advisor and Technical Counselor Status Report
- Young Eagle Coordinators Form
- Charter Renewal Agreement
- Insurance Form
- Checklist
Chapters located outside of the U.S. or Canada should send an e-mail to chapters@eaa.org to request the appropriate forms.
Remember, the documents must be returned to the chapter office by January 15, 2013, in order to remain in good standing for 2013. Each chapter/squadron should submit one set of documents, so please check with your officers to see if they have already submitted the necessary material prior to sending an additional set of documents.
