ROGER CHRISTGAU (09/09/1931 - 10/05/2012)

Dr. Roger Christgau died Oct. 5, 2012 at his home. Born in Crookston, MN, flew F-86 and F-100 jets in mid 50"s. Gunnery instructor at Nellis AFB. After being injured in plane crash, became a doctor. Despite leg and back injuries, became a well-known air show pilot, owning and flying P-51 Mustang "Sierra Sue II for 30 plus years, until passing it on to pilot Paul Ehlen last year. He was 81 years old. Great warbird pilot and great doctor. He was a member of EAA and Warbirds of America.
