Jon Watson Engvall (01/09/1938 - 10/06/2009)

Jon passed away at the UCSD Medical Center in San Diego while waiting for a lung transplant. Jon served in the US Air Force, Graduated from Univ. of Mass. An electrical engineer, he spent most of his career in technical sales and retired to Tucson, AZ in 2006. He was born in Manchester, NH, but spent most of his adult life in Massachusetts. Jon will be greatly missed by his wife, Charlotte Turner Engvall, a daughter, Kirsten Turner, and six siblings: Judy Hunter, Carol Davies, twin Josephine Harmon, Andy Gordon, Donald Engvall and David Engvall, nieces and nephews.

As a pilot and aircraft builder, Jon was an active member of EAA Chapters 106 and 196 in Massachusetts.
